Pelican Fishery & Grill was founded in 1978. We offer a full service fish market offering a wide variety of wild and farmed fish and seafood and shellfish. From sashimi grade tuna to wild pacific salmon to fresh wild lake Erie pickerel fillet we try to offer a wide variety of seasonal fish.The market has been in operation since 1985 our philosophy is "to provide our customers with superior food quality, excellent service and good value". We cut the fish to suit your dish.
The Grill was added in 1996 and is an unpretentious Seafood Bistro using the freshest fish of the 4 daily deliveries. We focus on classic dishes that allow our fresh fish to shine. Enjoy Cedar roasted Black's harbor N.B. salmon, wild Atlantic Haddock & Pacific Halibut. We care deeply about what we serve and offer a balance of wild and ethically farmed fish. James McMillan is a graduate of Algonquin College and has been with Pelican Fishery & Grill for several years. James has an extraordinary amount of experience cooking fresh fish and handles the busiest rush with a smile. His seafood pastas are staff and customer favourites.
